S.E.T.I. srl is able to design and implement regulation and automation systems, which allow you to manage and control the climate and environmental comfort of a building and its spaces through a BACS, ensuring comfort and energy savings.
The integration of regulation and automation systems takes place via BMS, which allows total control of temperature, access control, and lighting.
The Building Automation system differs from a home automation system due to the completeness of an integrated structure, which does not involve just one room or a single residence, but an entire building, to the advantage of energy savings and environmental comfort.
Specifically, this system allows the activation of lighting with adjustment according to the necessary lux, the command to open and close shutters based on external environmental conditions, and the start of the heating/cooling system according to the set point value set.
The system can deactivate all equipment inside the building in case of alarm and activate alarms and video surveillance systems when needed.
